1-4 Churchview located on Nutgrove Avenue involved the construction of 4 3-storey high-spec terrace houses located on a tight site. The form of construction included a flat roof on ICF wall construction with a 2nd storey roof terrace built off R.C. ground beams supported on a series of mini-piles due to the ground conditions, all with associated siteworks.

The project involved the demolition of an existing 2 storey house and construction of 4 No. three storey four bedroom houses at the Former Parochial House at Church of The Good Shepherd, Nutgrove Avenue. The 3 storey domestic units were constructed using pile and beam foundations with ICF system and prefabricated open metal web joists floors and flat roofs.
