Doherty Finegan Kelly (DFK) were commissioned to provide various consultancy roles on behalf of our client Colm Quinn Properties Ltd for a car-showroom including motor sales showroom, service garage and further accommodation including aftersales, wash and valeting facilities, photo booth, tyre fitting and car-parking for customers and display and storage of cars. The structure comprises portal frame structural solution with ancillary office design and detailing and associated site development works. Doherty Finegan Kelly also provided the consultancy roles required for the Fire Safety Certificate (FSC), the Disability Access Cert (DAC), the Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and the Assigned Certifier (AC) for BCAR requirements.
