Belton Manor is a residential development currently under construction on a site of 4.49 Ha. Comprising 102 no residential units and a creche. The works also include the provision of public open space, car parking, new vehicular access and all associated ancillary works including site development works, and hard and soft landscaping. The proposed breakdown of residential units include semi detached, terrace, duplex and apartment units. DFK are the Civil and Structural Engineers appointed to the development stage of the project.
