 A premium office development situated at the entrance of Loughrea Shopping Centre, Athenry Road, Loughrea, Co. Galway. Spanning 415 sq meters, the building features a split-level design across single and two storeys, carefully tailored to align with the local landscape and retail park entrance. Constructed to the highest standards, it showcases a superior façade and cladding, expertly completed by O’Rourke & Sons Contractors.
Doherty Finegan Kelly acted as the lead consultants during the construction, managing all BCAR responsibilities, including Assigned Certifier, Fire & DAC consultancy, PSDP, and Civil & Structural services.
